Richard Moon is Distinguished University Professor and Professor of Law at the University of Windsor. He is the author of several books dealing with religious freedom and freedom of expression. His most recent book, Putting Faith in Hate: When Religion is the Source or Target of Hate Speech was published by Cambridge University Press earlier this year. He is currently co-editing a collection of essays on Freedom of Religion and Indigenous Spirituality. He has been the recipient of both the law school and university-wide teaching awards. He has held a number of academic positions including President of the Canadian Law and Society Association.
